For supported accommodation in England

Support independence. Keep the service connected.

Connect daily support with the goals young people are working towards. Keep plans, keywork, progress and feedback together, while managers follow the work across settings.

Make everyday support part of the bigger picture.

Support the next step towards independence

From preparing a meal to managing a weekly budget, record the goal, the support given and what the young person wants to try next. Follow progress through daily records and keywork.

Keep their voice in the conversation

Capture young people’s views alongside staff observations. Bring feedback into the plan and record the response, so the team can follow through on what has been raised.

Follow progress across the service

Review goals in education, work, relationships and independent living alongside outstanding actions. Keep staff and managers connected across the settings they support.

Quality of support

Regulation 32, at service level.

Configured for the support you provide.

How is this different from a children’s home?

Supported accommodation has its own workflows and regulatory responsibilities, including service-wide Reg 32 quality-of-support reviews. Reg 44 independent visits belong to children’s-home workflows. We’ll show the configuration for your service in a demo.

What if we describe our service as semi-independent?

Tell us the ages you support, your registration and how your settings operate. We’ll work through the appropriate configuration with you; the description alone does not determine regulatory duties.
